Dmitry Smirnov, Junior Architect: My motivation was simply to learn and contribute to a significant project alongside such experienced professionals. It was an invaluable opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. Seeing my initial sketch for a custom storage solution incorporated into the final design was an incredibly proud and memorable moment for me. Initially, I struggled with mastering some of the advanced rendering software, but the patient guidance from my senior colleagues helped me overcome it. The supportive and encouraging environment truly highlighted the power of mentorship within our team. I contributed by assisting with detailed technical drawings, material research, and generating 3D visualizations, gaining immense practical experience.
